病变描述
在小鼠中，Bowman囊的肾小球壁层上皮存在性别二态性。雌性壁层上皮细胞通常呈扁平状（Figure 1），而雄性壁层上皮既可呈立方状也可呈扁平状。在由某些雄激素类化合物给药所致的肾小球化生中，雌性壁层上皮变为立方状，或呈雄性样（Figure 2）。

In the mouse, sexual dimorphism of the glomerular parietal epithelium of Bowman’s capsule exists. The female parietal epithelial cells are typically flattened ( Figure 1 ) and the male parietalepithelium can be both cuboidal and flattened. In glomerular metaplasia, caused by administration of some androgenic compounds, the female parietal epithelium becomes cuboidal, or male-like ( Figure 2 ).
Recommendation：
