病变描述
胰腺切片中仅见于一个胰岛的囊肿，需与血管扩张（angiectasis）相鉴别，鉴别依据为其体积大、缺乏内皮衬覆，以及其他血管腔隙无扩张（Figure 1、Figure 2）。

Comment：
A cyst present in only one islet in a section of pancreas is distinguished from angiectasis based on its large size, lack of an endothelial lining, and the absence of dilation of other vascular spaces ( Figure 1 and Figure 2 ).
Recommendation：
Islet cysts are uncommon but should be documented when present. A severity grade is not required.
